18.0.T22 To note that the secretary of state for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities has published the Provisional Local Government Finance Settlement 2022/23, which includes confirmation of no referendum principles for parish and town councils in 2022/23. The decision was made in “expectation that parish and town councils continue to show restraint” when setting the precept.
